Industrial Lever dimmer

Industrial Lever dimmer

Hi, This is a two lever steampunk type dimmer as shown in pictures that I've printed with my Creality Ender 3 using standard settings. The parts are designed with some gaps so they fit together snugly. For durability, especially around kids, suggest 100% infill. You'll need to print the following: 1x case bottom 1x case top 1x center cover 2x pot holder 2x end caps 2x lever body 2x lever shaft 4x side 4x pcb holder (optional) I've used two 10 kohm pots and secured them in pot holders with super glue. To prevent rubbing, I've cut thin plastic shims from scrap material that fit on both sides of the levers around the shafts. To turn the pots, a small metal piece is forced into the shaft using heat and attached with super glue. For added stability, suggest gluing the shaft inside the lever. After assembly, attach the sides to the top cover using screws or super glue. For the circuit, I've used a generic universal PCB (https://www.amazon.com/Double-Side-Prototype-Universal-Printed-Circuit/dp/B075ZF4YG4) and designed the dimmer with an Arduino. There are many online resources that can guide you through this process. This is my first post here, so please be kind. I have more projects planned for the near future.
