Industrial LED lamp full size! Prints on a MINI too!

<p>I had made this from actual pipe before and decided to try and see if I could do in a 3D print.</p><p>This is a full sized lamp but prints on MK3S (you can print on a MINI as well just use wood or make the base smaller)</p><p>Lamp size : 200mm x 200mm x 415mm (8" x 8" x 16.5")</p><p>Make the base from wood or use the print base model(s).</p><p>Use a vintage LED light bulb. (heat issues with plastic so no incandescent bulbs &nbsp;(lower wattage looks better (40watt equivalent )</p><p>List states the number of items required to print.</p><p>Additional items required:</p><ul><li>light socket&nbsp;</li><li>cord extension 18/2</li><li>plug with switch 18/2</li><li>light bulb try vintage LED (40 watt is good not too bright)</li><li>Loctite / CA glue if desired</li><li>crimp &amp; shrink connectors (easier as well seals better than electrical tape/look)</li></ul><p>Printed in PLA - PETG is also an option</p><p>.4 nozzle</p><p>.2 resolution (I used .3 for the base)</p><p>Brims not used but some may require the use</p><p>Supports not required but do make the overhang of the 90 cleaner</p><p>Pipe size parts location in picture</p><p>NOTE since these threads are the same as actual NPT if you want a wooden base and want to bolt it to the wood you can even use a real flange!</p><p>NOTE there are 2 &nbsp;reducers check the diameter of your pigtail light socket to see which one fits better. (difference EU and North American).&nbsp;</p><p>It was pointed out that some people are using different sized diameter led bulbs so added a couple nipple lengths (longer to accommodate). if using longer nipples then only make2 close nipples</p><p>Pull the wire through (fish) or feed the wire through then screw parts together.<br>Make connections as needed (depends on what you purchase/ lengths)</p><p>If you have the money or desire pick up some 18/2 retro/industrial/Edison cord to really make it look period.</p><p><br>place cord stopper (place right before the cord exits)</p><p>and you can use the base cover with the open channel in base (open channel makes it easy to crimp connection there)</p>
