This industrial fish stick maker, known as a "Portion Saw," slices frozen fish blocks into portioned slabs using a machine driven by 2 six-inch linear pneumatic pistons. It finalizes the fish sticks' width via table saw-type blades and is accompanied by band saws and gang saws adhering to an international frozen fish block standard. A large Delrin cover, secured by De-Staco clamps, safeguards the product and operators' hands from the blades. Post-processing, the fish sticks undergo battering, breading, deep frying, freezing, packaging, boxing, and shipping to stores within an hour, producing approximately 5,000 pounds of product hourly. Notably, the guard for the push arm's design is absent but will fit into rear brackets. Key components include a 7,5 KW 1500 devir Gamak motor, Toggle Clamp Destaco 215-s with Carriage Bolt & Block, Rittal Box (WM), and Panel Control.
