Introducing an upgraded Industrial Food Processing equipment, the Portion Extrusion Maker for producing fish (or any product) sticks. The slurry is mixed in an extrusion machine, driving a V-mag extrusion pump. The unit features tab and slot locating parts for optimal weld penetration. Product flows through 2" sanitary fittings to the extrusion chamber, with a new design for single flow entry and added veins for uniform distribution. Flow analysis ensures an optimal design. Wire cut processing, both reciprocal and rotary, is also being explored. Solidworks and 3D design platforms facilitate easy concept realization. A production video will be shared once ready.
