The Industrial District Modular Pack is a low-poly 3D model, perfect for VR, AR, games, and other real-time applications. Captured using Unity 3D 2018, it features high-quality modular assets with over 130 elements. The pack comes with two scenes, particle effects, and Post Process v2 setup. It includes PBR Materials, Emissive maps, a Terrain material, 4k atlases grouped by type, over 200 prefabs, dirt variants of the materials, 138 models, an FBX file with all models, and a Unity3D 2018 project.
