This pack comprises of 111 models, including all levels of detail (LOD), and consists of 60 unique models. To ensure high-quality meshes and textures, we created everything from scratch. The set offers various parts that can be used as a construction kit for creating multiple building variations. Textures for normal, height, specular, and opacity maps are included up to 1024px. Shared textures reduce texture memory usage. Normal and specular maps have been tested in real-time scenarios and optimized accordingly.
