This is a highly detailed model of an advanced industrial facility developed as part of a set of sophisticated, ultra-minimalistic style sets (available individually as unique products within my portfolio). Originally crafted with the latest version of 3ds Max. The design was optimized for use as a close/far range prop for foregrounds in animations, still images and also as an extremely realistic real-time asset in games. This model is built to precise, exact real-world scale - feet. Stats: Vertices: 9,876 Mainly tris, few quads. No NGons present. The max archive includes separate VRay and standard material scenes for 3ds Max (and beyond). No additional rendering tools or plug-ins are necessary to utilize this product. Ready to use right away - completely blank scene with no extra objects, cameras or lights included. Available file formats: FBX, OBJ, XSI, DWG, LWO, DXF and SKP. Two types of OBJ files are exported specifically for Blender and Fusion 360 compatibility.
