Industrial Building 06 Low-poly 3D model

This is a highly detailed low-poly model of a cutting-edge industrial facility designed as part of an assortment of matching minimalist style assets (offered separately within my portfolio). Initially crafted with 3ds Max 2009. The design was optimized to serve effectively as a mid-to-long distance set prop for backdrops in motion pictures, still images, and also as a high-performance asset in video games. Model is accurately scaled to real-world dimensions - measured in meters. Stats: Polygons: 844 Vertices: 886 Primarily constructed from quads with only a few triangles, no non-planar polygons exist. The accompanying Max archive file features separate scenes with V-Ray and standard materials specifically tailored for use within 3ds Max 2009 (and its subsequent releases). No external render engines or add-ins are required to utilize this asset. Instant drag-and-drop compatibility - scenes do not contain background elements, cameras, or lighting fixtures. Export formats available: 3DS OBJ (with settings for both Cinema4D and Maya) A total of two different OBJ files, optimized for export in respective file types.
