This is a simplified 3d model of a contemporary industrial facility developed as part of a series of similar minimalist style accessories (available separately in my collection).\n\nInitially designed using 3ds Max 2009.\n\nThe design aims to serve as a mid/far prop for background use in animations, photographs and also as an asset for real-time applications in video games.\nModel is built at actual size - in meters.\n\nStats:\n\nFaces: 1134\n\nVertices: 1186\n\nPrimarily composed of quads with minimal triangle and polygon use.\nThe _.max file contains two separate scene settings: one with V-Ray materials and the other with standard materials for 3ds Max 2009 (and later).\n\nScene elements are organized into logical groups and properly named.\n\nThis product requires no external renderers or plugins to operate effectively.\n\nDrag-and-drop functionality allows for instant integration - no extraneous background objects, cameras, or lighting is included in the scene.\n\nExport options include 3DS, OBJ, FBX, DWG, LWO, XSI, and X file formats.
