Industrial Building 02 Low-poly 3D model

This is a low poly model of a modern industrial building developed as part of a set of similar minimalist style props available separately in my collection. Originally created using 3ds Max 2009, the model was designed specifically for use at medium to far distance settings in animations and stills as well as a real-time asset in games. Built on a realistic scale in meters, the polycount includes: 2532 polygons 2578 vertices Primarily made up of quads with only a few triangles and no non-planar polygon types or n-gons present. The 3DS Max 2009 .max zip file comes with separate V-Ray and standard material scenes ready to use for those working in that platform. Scene objects are grouped properly and have unique names to ensure efficient rendering without the need for third-party renderers or plug-ins. Exported scene settings can be accessed by dragging and dropping the files - there are no background objects, cameras or lights included.
