This is a low-poly model of a contemporary industrial facility designed as part of a series of minimalist style assets (available separately in my collection).\n\nInitially developed using 3ds Max 2009.\n\nThe model was engineered for use as a medium to long-distance prop in backgrounds for animations, stills and also as a real-time asset in games.\nIt is built at true-world scale - meters.\n\nPolygon Count:\n\nFaces: 1238\n\nVertices: 1303\n\nPrimarily quadrilaterals with just a few triangles. No non-quad polygons are used.\nThe _max zip file includes separate V-Ray and standard materials scenes for 3ds Max 2009 (and up).\n\nScene objects are organized in folders and correctly labeled.\n\nNo third-party rendering software or plug-ins required to use this product.\n\nDrag-and-drop ready - no background objects, cameras or lights in the scene.\n\nExported file formats available: 3DS, OBJ, FBX, DWG, LWO, XSI and X.\nTwo types of OBJ files are exported with settings for Cinema4D and Maya available.
