Introduction The Industrial Area HDRI collection showcases a series of high-dynamic range images that capture industrialized and rugged environments in stunning detail. Description A third installment in the set of industrial-themed HDRI images is now available for use in your 3D work. This 360/180-degree HDRI image is perfect for creating physically accurate lighting in your computer-generated imagery (CG) or panoramic projects, serving as a versatile backplate for compositions and 360-degree environments. For personal usage, I rely on the Industrial Area HDRI images to enhance my CG work, utilizing them to create realistic lightning effects. When required to integrate CG objects into real-world environments, these HDRIs help me achieve accurate lighting and reflections. Feel free to explore innovative ways to utilize these HDRIs in your projects! Provided are high-quality tone-mapped 8-bit 18 megapixel JPEG backplates from multiple angles for your convenience. Camera Captured using a Canon EOS 600D with the Magic Lantern HDR Bracketing Feature. Lens Shot through a Sigma EX DC HSM f3.5-4 10-20mm Lens. HDR-rig Utilized a standard tripod paired with a DIY zero-parallax rig to achieve precise results. Exposure Employed a 2-EV 3-step exposure technique for optimal results. Format Includes OpenEXR 32-bit files and JPEG images, with the option to request other HDR formats upon inquiry. The choice of OpenEXR is due to its widespread popularity among professionals. Compatibility These HDRI images are usable in any 3D application that supports HDR-based lighting and reflections.
