inductrix/tiny whoop Hashtag frame
thingiverse
Another Tiny whoop frame. I designed a new, lighter frame for the tiny whoop using 1mm carbon fiber rods in its structure. My scale isn't very accurate, but this thing seems to be little bit lighter than the original frame - and it's a lot lighter without ducts. The frame can be built with or without ducts, and you can remove, replace, or install them later. I used abs material + 1mm carbon fiber rods from eBay. The rods and duct beams create a hashtag pattern. Don't mix them! Attach side mounts to the upper carbon fiber rods and the front and back mounts to the lower ones. Use a drill to fine-tune holes for the carbon fiber rod, so it fits nicely. Use a utility knife to fine-tune motor mounts and ducts, so they fit the motors properly. If some parts become too loose, use small drops of super glue. You need to print 4 ducts (if you want to use them) and 2 of every other part. Or, you can just print all_part file and add carbon fiber rods. Put it together and have fun!
