Inductive sensor adapter for Prusa i3

I wanted to add a sensor for bedleveling to my Prusa i3 clone, so I created this to attach to the hotend mount I was using. The hotend mount is available on Thingiverse here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:547706, and the rod mount can be found here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:607891. This design works with a 18mm diameter probe but includes an adapter for the more common 12mm diameter probes. I'm printing on my Qidi Tech printer, using rafts that don't matter to me, and supports are not necessary.
