I designed this holder using PLA material every single time I disassembled my extruder. Each time took a tremendous amount of effort to get it to print the first layer correctly. This setup allows for small mechanical adjustments without having to adjust the probe up and down on the nuts. I liked this idea but wanted to make it adjustable.
