(Updated copy is at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5641994 11/24/2023) Here is an OpenSCAD script for creating indoor flight propeller molds. Many parameters like Pitch/Diameter, Centerline Location, Mold Thickness, etc. are adjustable in OpenSCAD's customizer panel. Flaring propeller's blade angle is true helical. Blade axis is straight. Good for alignment. There are lots of other possibilities. Download and install free OpenSCAD. Open the **propblade_mold_V2.scad** and adjust the parameters to meet your design requirements. Run the script and export the output .stl file for 3d printing. Once a set of propeller blade mold is 3d printed, multiple sheets of thin balsa are cut to shape, wet, and put into the mold with tissue in between. After changed the tissue a few times, a set of precise blades are formed. To build a propeller, another gadget, **Propeller Pitch Gauge V2**, is used.
