The 3D file of a statue from my Indonesian courtyard has been digitized with Autodesk 123D Catch. I then printed it on an Ultimaker. The print utilized a hollow profile made of PLA. Support was not necessary during the printing process, but a piece of paper was placed under the chin to prevent any overhang issues.
