Individual letter badges for Infento

This is a badge system I devised for use with the Infento ride on toy construction set. The infento system uses 4040 aluminium extrusion. These letters have s friction fit and twist into the extrusion slots. I have organised the STLs so that you can print the individual characters you need to make up a move or word of your choosing. Printing: Select the characters you want. You will need at least 40% infill and support on overhangs over 80 degrees (to support the twist lock at the rear) I printed with PLA with a 0.4mm nozzle ona CR10s
