This model is built on real data, providing a realistic setup of Indianapolis Downtown Area in the USA. The model features 5 building groups that can be added with various color materials and textures to give users more flexibility. These groups can also be turned off or on separately for added versatility. All buildings are UV mapped with overlapping UVs to ensure smooth rendering. The model's geometry is composed of polygonal quads and tris, making it lightweight and quick to render. As it is currently untextured, it renders extremely fast, which allows users to efficiently test scenes or build detailed environments. This 3D model is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 2.0 (CC-BY-SA) license. Users can utilize this for commercial purposes, providing they acknowledge and share their derivative works under a similar license. The buildings and streets data utilized in this model were acquired from OpenStreetMap at www.openstreetmap.org. The model consists of 317563 points and 259790 polygons, available in the C4D native format (.c4d) as well as FBX (v7.1), DAE (v1.5), OBJ file formats. The area between buildings isn't a separate 3D model, so what it's actually referred to is 'streets.' However, if you need accurate 3D street models for the exact location of your 3D project or urban scene, please search and look at available 'Road Network' options in our collection that do have full-street structures. Please note, some parts of cities may lack building information due to processing limits of city data mapping systems or a lack of data sources from contributors. When data is available we update these models regularly. In some urban areas buildings appear before their construction since planning can project ahead in years so new structures can be expected when time moves forward but if that occurs they'll remain as part of the final scene unless updated or you wish for removal then do so yourself manually by deletion. City scenes made from actual geographical maps data provide the most realistic views of metropolitan landscapes when rendered within compatible environments. They include exact and correct city block arrangements with near-actual structures in size including the ones whose information we cannot map accurately but these do come at extra price. Also consider that our compatibility improves gradually so over time new roadways may add their connection in order for easy transition into seamless integration through pastel methods that can connect your entire layout easily within 1 action or 2 to match. In reality our aim was just presenting it simply and minimally without trying to capture any sort of real detail as all buildings could vary so we focused on the minimal part only but the actual structures are close approximations in alignment when compared using data maps. The lighting and scenes settings won't be a problem because everything is ready made with simple setups making rendering much quicker. We recommend getting this city for presentation or showing just what is inside and how a city might look like by being inside it but not building too complex a scenario unless intended
