Indiana Jones Pinball Subway Protector\Speed Wedge

New Title - Chachapoyan Warriors Boulder Speed Ramp ;) I had a very slight divot in my subway that would result in the odd stuck ball, decided to mod the wedge\trough protector to suit. The issue with the subway is the end is not open like the trough, it does have a hole in it so I modified the end of the existing model to have a semi circle hook to grab onto the hole, I added a wall so that once screwed in place it can't move up to unhook. I increased the width so it was the full width of the subway and modified the legs slightly to make the taper more to my liking. Update: v3 Uploaded, this has a slightly higher back wall to secure it better, it was able to pop out with v2. I have between 200-300 games on the machine with this installed, including a weekend at a pinball event and it hasn't skipped a beat. I can notice it detects the ball in the subway much faster now so the speed wedge seems to do its job. Yet to pull it out and see how the ABS is fairing with the force of the ball. edit: After 2 years of use the ramp shows very little wear, very happy with the results as the subway is super snappy and I have never had a stuck ball in there. Please most any makes and results once installed. Infill could also be lower if you are wanting to save filament, but it didn't make a big difference for me. Category: Other
