This is a (very rough) stl I created to print a replacement Index Wheel for a Hornady LNL AP loader after shearing my original one in half trying to rotate with a cartridge half-deprimed. Is it dimensionally perfect? No. Will it break more easily than the original? Most likely. Will you have to adjust your pawls? Probably. Should you still use your warranty to order a free replacement from Hornady? Of course. But will this work in the meantime? Absolutely. I printed in PLA+ @ 100% infill, but I suppose you could print it to be intentionally fragile to make sure it always breaks instead of your pawls. This part should never be under stress unless you're trying to force a rotation with half-primed or half-deprimed cases stuck in their respective holes, but when you're in the zone it's not always easy to tell whether that's what's happening or if you're just fighting a stubborn neck expander.
