Index Wall Controller Holder

Based on this thing https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1491610. However, I designed mine entirely from scratch in Fusion360. Update: I fixed a small over-extruded area in the back. It didn't appear during my test print. That said, it's wider, allowing the controllers to sit better without colliding as much. The arms are larger, enabling the strap to straddle them more effectively; the index is also heavier than the Vive wands. It works well with ProTube attachments too, since it hangs and won't interfere with the holder like other designs do. It also features "INDEX" on the front, saving filament usage.
