I required an index plate for a specific project and subsequently grasped that being able to customize it for other projects would be a plus, so I coded it in OpenSCAD to make it convenient to modify. Two versions exist: "Angle" for creating the ring of holes in increments of an angle or "Divisions" for producing the rings in a specified number of divisions.
