This index holds 3C collets ranging from 1/16" to 1/2", incrementing in 1/64" steps, along with four extra spaces for centers or chucks. Instructions for creating this index were a challenge due to its dimensions - 6 inches wide, 8.5 inches long, and only one inch tall. The solution involved employing an ultra-flat aluminum build platform as the foundation. A critical step in securing print adhesion is applying AquaNet Extra Super Hold. Adding Scotch Pro Painter Grade Masking Tape #2020, known for its high-adhesion tan hue, plays a vital role. To optimize bonding, apply gentle pressure to secure this tape well onto the platform. Effective results were achieved by following specific printing settings - utilizing 2 shells, with print temperature at 230 degrees, layer height set at .2mm and an impressive speed of 80/140 mm/s was key. Furthermore, ensuring the infill exceeds 5% helps significantly to reduce any corner lifting.
