Index Controller Grip Booster and Supports

I spent a lot of time in Blender removing the pockets on the inside of the grip surface. This cut down on complexity, print time, and results in a higher quality inner surface to help reduce the wear and tear on the coating of the Index controllers. The supports were made in MeshMixer and have been tested with PLA and TPU. I have printed with .15mm and .2mm layer heights without much difference in quality or stability. Depending on how good your settings are you may get some parts on the inner surface where the filament cuts across the curve like a chord.
