I'm my usual laser guy self, and I recently splurged on a 3D printer - this is actually my first design. It's not perfect, but it functions as expected. Some minor tweaks to the cutting and hole areas might be necessary, but overall, it works great, and even got the wife's seal of approval. Unfortunately, I didn't have the original model because I was so frustrated when it broke that I tossed it without hesitation. After scouring the internet for some inspiration, I found some drawings and pictures of individual parts to work with, and this is what I came up with.
