Independence Day City Destroyer, 2:250000 Scale

I built a replica of the alien city destroyer ship from the 1996 Independence Day movie. Unable to find any existing models, I created one myself using photos of the original prop and descriptions of its size to get the scale right. A key feature was accurately reproducing the main weapon aperture - you can see how it compares in the attached images. This model would be best printed upside-down with supports, then sanded and painted to bring out more detail.
