Indego 1000 wheels revisited

My Indego has a major issue when it comes to climbing hills in wet conditions. I stumbled upon an incredible resource - Geissis's wheels on Thingiverse, which looked perfect for my needs. I'd like to extend my gratitude to Geissis for their outstanding work. However, I wanted more: a) Increase the diameter slightly to prevent sinking. The original wheel has a precise 195mm diameter, so it would be ideal if this new wheel had a bit larger diameter (now it's at 205mm). b) Ensure the diameter remains consistent when using a 195mm ring as in the original. c) Make it slightly wider, ideally around 50mm or even 55mm. The current width is 59mm, which isn't ideal. I didn't have access to the original files, so I had to improvise and tinker a bit. It's not perfect, but it works. To avoid adding width solely on the outside, I added 8mm to the inside (similar to the original). However, this resulted in needing an excessive amount of supports. I also redesigned the entire axle-mount for a tighter fit. This new design includes a micro-spacer of about 0.5mm (just like in the original), ensuring that the wheel doesn't scratch the mount inside the mower. Two files are available: an STL and a 3MF. The STL contains the complete object, while the 3MF file separates the axle mount for more precise print settings, which I highly recommend. One last thing to note is that this process requires patience - it took me approximately 26 hours to print one wheel on my printer with PETG. I'd love to hear about your experience and if these wheels work for you. Best regards, MEgic PS: After two weeks of service, I'm thrilled to report that these wheels are a game-changer! My Indego can effortlessly climb hills in wet conditions. In fact, it seems faster due to the strong grip and lack of slippage. The variable wheel diameter no longer poses an issue.
