This is a customized tank created specifically for use with Moai, Form1/form1+ printers that utilize the same resin tank system. I designed it to be fabricated using PLA or CNC milling techniques. It's crucial not to utilize other materials, as this can compromise the integrity of the design. To assemble the tank, you will need the following components: - 1 IncrediVat Tank - 1 IncrediVat Base - 16 M4 screws - 16 M4 hexagonal spacers - 1 glass or polycarbonate platform measuring 140x140x5mm in size - FEP film with a thickness of less than 200 microns but no more than 100 microns Assembly involves several steps. First, glue the glass platform to the base securely. Next, place the hexagonal spacers around the tank. Ensure they are properly seated and secure. Following that, lay the FEP film over the underside of the tank, and then use the base to apply gentle pressure. Secure the film using screws and add a small amount of tension to prevent any shifting or sagging. It will be fully functional when you can hear the film producing a distinct sound upon blowing across it. To facilitate the assembly process, I have included different formats: STL, OBJ, 3DM, STP, and IGS. The use of 3D models allows for easier adaptation to the specific type of hexagonal spacers available in your region.
