(Incomplete) e3D BgBox Jammed Fillament Sensor for Arduino
youmagine
A work in progress, this design currently works as intended, with both the design and Arduino code functioning properly. It primarily monitors the filament of two extruders, detecting when either one stops moving since only one extruder prints at a time. When it detects no movement from either, it will sound an alarm immediately. This system should work effectively on both single and dual extrusion printers and is designed to replace the rear large spine bracket completely. However, I'm unsure if it will interfere with the Titan upgrade or not. Currently, I am designing a new PCB to fit snugly into the bracket itself to tidy up the setup. As a beginner programmer working full-time, updates may not come as often as I would like due to my busy schedule. Nevertheless, feel free to shoot me a message anytime, and I will do my best to reply within my available time. The Arduino code can be downloaded and placed into a folder called NEW_SKETCH. It includes three files: BitaniaTone.h, NEW_SKETCH.ino, and pitches.h, which have been uploaded for your convenience.
With this file you will be able to print (Incomplete) e3D BgBox Jammed Fillament Sensor for Arduino with your 3D printer.
