Almost every detail is customizable. I'm currently using the STL version with a smile. Don't print the draft model like I did earlier - that was just for demonstration purposes and has an annoying incense stick to show the angle of the hole, which you won't want to print. Printing the exact width of your stick will make it difficult to insert and remove. Having only printed one, I can't really say how much larger it should be, maybe 0.1mm extra?
