The creator of Incarna Role-Playing Game System designed these d100 resolution dice, which can be tested in another software package as a belated birthday present. The source files are in Sketchup and may include Rhino3d files. Inspired by MaskedRetriever's Dice Pack, resize the dice to desired dimensions and print two of them. Label one 0-9 and the other 00-90 for gameplay. The maker contemplated indenting numbers but anticipates a long wait. A laser cutter may be able to etch numbers on the surface instead.
