In the Hall of the Mountain King Insert/Organizer for sleeved cards

This started as a remix of this [thing](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4670690) but after printing the pieces containing the Tetrominos and modifying the box holding the spell cards in Tinkercad I started playing around in OpenSCAD designing the rest of the box from scratch. I am using Mayday Mini Chimera non-premium sleeves for the small cards and Mayday Dixit size premium sleeves for the large cards. The troll card holder pieces can be found [here](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4851709) and are recommended to print so the manual and board rest more evenly inside the box. Update 2021-12-01: I've added a v2 of the ItHotMK_Small_Cards.stl which should accomodate slightly bigger sleeves as it was pointed out in the comments that things can get a bit tight.
With this file you will be able to print In the Hall of the Mountain King Insert/Organizer for sleeved cards with your 3D printer.
