NoticeDonations are appreciated to keep me motivated: paypal.me/connorswavenThe design should work as-is, just by 3D printing. If not, you can contact me at connor.sw.personal@gmail.com. You can also contact me if you would like to suggest a future design for me to make.InformationOne of the problems with other sensor designs is they they are prone to failing over time. This is meant for filament detection for multi-colored printing as well, which is why it is designed so robustly.Required ItemsBearings are 608 2RS Ball Bearings.Limit switch is believed to be mankk 3D Printer Endstop Limit SwitchImportant Information and InstallationFilament hole diameter: 2.4mm4.2mm for the input bowden, 6mm for the output bowdenFor the output bowden tube, you are expected to flare the end of the bowden to about 6mm diameter outer-width. This can be done by pressing the soldering iron through the bowden hole using both heat and mechanical motion to flare it outwards. (WARNING: It is advised to rig something to hold the bowden tube as the tube can get really hot to the touch. DO NOT hold with your hands, you will burn yourself)Bowden fitting diameter: 9mm
