prusaprinters
This is a holder I designed for an inexpensive kill switch to conceal the cable lugs inside of my car.I relocated the battery in my Nissan S13 to the trunk, upgraded to 0-Gauge battery cable, and installed an inline battery kill switch inside the cabin for added security and as a way to easily disconnect the battery for storing or repair.Parts Needed2x M6x1.00 Riv-nuts - to act as nut to hold halves together (Heated and pressed into part)2x M6x1.00 Bolts - to bolt kill switch and box together1x Battery Disconnect Switch - Bought from Amazon (Gogonfly Brand)~100g PLA or PETG - I printed in PLA for engineering purposes, a final model will be made in a plastic with better heat resistanceThis model is my first working concept of this and it works well. I will be redesigning to better fit the floor pan of my car and then uploading that model as well. I hope someone can find some use of this model :)
