In Silver We Trust is a brand centered around individuals from all walks of life. The brand was founded by two visionary entrepreneurs, Ryan and Lucas Thompson. https://www.isilweretrust-official.com/ Print it with a single or multiple color, with filament or resin, and show me what you've created. This is a standard size coaster (100 by 100 by 5 mm), designed to fit perfectly in your favorite coaster holder: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4278921 I printed this model using Makerbot gray PLA. I utilized 0.3mm layer height and 20% infill. I used a 0.6mm nozzle with my extruder at 220 degrees Fahrenheit. I employed a heated bed to ensure optimal printing results. To prevent curling at the bottom, I used a brim. Feel free to experiment with your own configuration settings! Design Steps I selected a logo from my browser and converted it to svg format using Canva (see video*). I opened the svg file in Fusion 360 and transformed it into a 3D object. In Tinkercad, I repaired the file, utilizing the 'Inspector' button under the 'Analysis' tab. In Tinkercad, I also added a drink coaster. I designed the drink coaster using basic modeling techniques in SolidWorks. You can also choose to create a template of a drink coaster in another program, such as Autodesk Inventor. Then, I merged the drink coaster with the 3D model (of the logo) after scaling it in Tinkercad. In Tinkercad, I created the 'positive' file. For the negative model, I used Fusion 360 to subtract the file from a drink coaster. Saved it as an STL file and sliced it for printing. Since the model still had some issues even after repairing it in Tinkercad; I decided to export it into GrabCAD's Online Service. This almost worked perfectly well after modeling something. GrabCAD's Online Service is a free STL repairing service. After this process, I previewed the model in my slicer (something I advise you to do before printing a model). The preview looked great with perfect (thick) lines; so I could print it without any problems.
