In-Cam-Sieve-able: The screw, nut, and bolt sorter
prusaprinters
This is a screw sorting machine. It's a sieve. You can change the width of the gaps between the bars to choose what the largest screw that stays in the hopper is. It only requires 7x 608 bearings and 8 120x8 mm aluminium rod to build. Coincidentally you may have these things on hand leftover if you bought an MMU2S and decided to use a better spool holder system instead of the stock one. There are no screws required as the whole construction is flexure based. Assembly video is below. A fusion archive file is included. It's a cleaned version that has joints but no construction information (above). The original dirty version that has the complete construction timeline but also has a non negligible percentage of its 577 features in the timeline broken or with warnings (below) could not be included because PrusaPrinters does not yet support F3Z file format and Fusion won't let me break the links to the parts of the assembly that make it F3Z instead of F3D on export.
