To build a simple roll holder for aluminum foil, parchment paper, and cling wrap, first print two Roller Spindle brackets and one Guide Track on your 3D printer. Next, fabricate one Cutter by mounting standard #6 hardware to secure it to the cabinet's inside walls. Attach an exact-o knife blade to the cutter with a hole drilled in it so that the edge sits within one of the cutter slots. Slide the guide onto the track. This setup allows you to reuse the same cutter and print additional spindles as required. Begin by opening the roll storage box, lifting the foil, or plastic wrap off the roll, and positioning it on top of two spindle rods placed side-by-side on a table. To obtain some aluminum or plastic material just slide your desired length along the track, into the guide area. Hold tightly while carefully drawing back, past the spindles to where they join the cabinet frame. Next draw one edge under an existing roller by bending slightly; do this with enough pressure so it will roll well under. Finally position yourself in a spot just in front of what becomes your 'free length'. When not utilizing your cutting device make sure you keep track of exactly how many turns are left to safely handle cuts that might leave some slack around cut-off edges when reattaching them properly inside sealed compartments for secure sealing and storage until final inspection before re-wrapping anything outside sealed sections where necessary always check if edges show visible cuts since sometimes aluminum wraps can develop small ripples which make sharp cut lines quite challenging due entirely natural material variability during rolling.
