Update: Included a 40 degree option due to limitations with the FPV cam on the Alien, which can only tilt up by 40 degrees. This mount features a 45 degree tilt and is specifically designed for the Xiaomi Yi camera attached to an ImpulseRC 5 Inch Alien drone frame. A top plate with HD Cam capability is required for this setup. The three bottom pieces of the mount fit perfectly into the top plate's opening on the frame, ensuring a secure connection. It's essential to note that the 45 degree tilt angle can cause issues when flying larger batteries than 1300 mAh Lipo packs. To address these concerns, an updated version 2 has been created with a focus on weight optimization and a higher base design. This allows for the use of 4s 1300 Lipo batteries on the frame without any clearance issues. However, keep in mind that the increased height of this version may require longer velcro straps to secure everything properly.
