I optimized kocmar60's mask design so that the filter holder clicks securely into place on both sides, featuring an additional pin in the center. To build a mask, you'll need: 1. The two TPU-printed parts (flexible) 2. A replaceable cotton wool pad 3. A metal strip (like those found on filing strips) 4. Glue or double-sided adhesive tape 5. An elastic band or string The mask is easy to put on, and breathing isn't a chore. While I can't guarantee protection levels for yourself and others, this mask provides more defense than nothing at all. You can even use paper as a filter if needed. Just remember to swap out the filter regularly. Unfortunately, printing with TPU can be tricky, and it takes time – in my case, it took around six hours to complete.
