thingiverse
This is a remix of the Z-probe holder designed by Michael Zenner, creator of thing #167430.\nSince not all extruders are identical, the lever length is adjustable and customizable.\nEither M2.5 screws and nuts or a small nylon tie can be used to hold the limit switch, with either option being available.\nA few small details were improved, including better fit of the servo arm and reinforcement, while staying true to the original design.\nThe OpenSCAD source code is included, allowing for further remixing of this part.\nMichael Zenner deserves thanks for his original design and the clear explanations on his blog and YouTube videos!\n\n \n \n Instructions\nThe remix was printed in PLA with 35% infill. The nylon tie must be tightened securely around the limit switch to prevent any movement.\nIt's worth noting that the total distance between the center of the servo shaft and the tip of the limit switch is approximately equal to the arm length plus eight millimeters.\nThe default value for the arm length is 37 millimeters, resulting in a total distance of 45 millimeters.
