Update 18 Nov 2019: I've got a Trek MTB which has their Knock Block which uses keyed spacers - I've modified the design to be compatible with Knock Block and uploaded that STL, and also added my Fusion 360 source file.

A mount for the Wahoo Elemnt bike computers (based on the CAD files provided by Wahoo) which mounts to the steerer tube above the headset either above the stem or behind it. More secure than my original design for the steerer tube mount.

Available in two versions, the lighter 5mm version or the thicker 10mm version. I've found my original design to be a bit flexible for trail MTB use and think the 10mm version should address this. Also available in a standard 5mm above-the-stem version to make use of the more secure Wahoo mount.

Shown mounted above the stem in the photos because I was too lazy to remove the stem to mount it below.

Print instructions

Category: Sport & Outdoors Summary

Update 18 Nov 2019: I've got a Trek MTB which has their Knock Block which uses keyed spacers - I've modified the design to be compatible with Knock Block and uploaded that STL, and also added my Fusion 360 source file.

A mount for the Wahoo Elemnt bike computers (based on the CAD files provided by Wahoo) which mounts to the steerer tube above the headset either above the stem or behind it. I thought that was a great idea, and was going to modify the original design but realized that with the Elemnt Bolt and the aero design of the front, you couldn't mount it "backwards" because of the aero bits on the front underside of the computer.

WheresWaldo had also pointed out that Wahoo makes CAD files available for their included aero mount, so I tried to make use of that, but the design is intended for injection molding, not FDM printing, and modifying the original models for 3D printing was outside my skills with Fusion 360. I finally wound up redrawing the Wahoo design from scratch, taking measurements from the original Wahoo CAD models.
