I tweaked the Bowden tube clip by operator slightly, beefing it up for a tighter grasp of the tube. This upgrade allowed me to fix my 6 mm outer diameter Bowden tube which refused to lock with the original clip at the feeding end. Also included is the OpenSCAD script I used to make these modifications, which you can modify to get different clip thicknesses.
