improved turnwheel to existing z-axis knob
thingiverse
This is an enhancement on the knob by aiedojibe, which I really like, because it is one of the few knobs which can really be tightened around the z-rod without damaging it. I designed a new handle in which a beveled M4 screw is completely hidden from sight. The handle can freely rotate with respect to the knob, to facilitate fast and easy raising or lowering of the z-axis. It requires a beveled M5 * 20 screw and corresponding nut for assembly. Instructions for assembly: put screw, in pin, put pin with screw in shell. Screw to knob. Click cap in place. Original knob file from aiedojibe is included.
