I discovered that this filament guide didn't quite catch the filament fully because there was still the idler wheel groove present. This revelation prompted a modification by Robko, who added a small nub that fits perfectly into the idler wheel groove, preventing any flexible filament from slipping out through it. To replicate this design, you'll need to carefully trim down the PTFE tube to match the profile of the end, leaving the same small nub intact.
