This redesigned part addresses issues with the original model, including a cracking clamp and sloppy printed bushes. The revised design uses an Xlube S48M 8 x 12 x 12mm bushing, replaces sloppy bushes with high-quality ones, simplifies the shape for strength, and is printed on a Replicator 2X with specific settings. Printing requires support and takes about four hours for a full set. The part should be positioned to prevent cracking, and if necessary, clamp bores can be adjusted for tightness. Xlube bushes may be loose initially but will be tested before seeking alternatives.
