Herringbone gears with 1.25 mod, 20-degree pressure angle, and 25-degree helix have been utilized. The motor gear is 9T while the extruder gear is 28T, resulting in a 1:3.1 gear ratio. Successfully printing the larger gear with 1 shell and 100% infill at 0.2mm layer height, the smaller gear has encountered issues due to heat buildup. Printing both gears together, flat on the platform, required support material; however, there is still some wobble in the teeth that needs addressing.
