Improved Swinging Filament Funnel

<p>Used the original for months and it worked fine but I always noticed that the funnel was too long and the edge was too far from the pivot point and it caused filament tangling the higher the x axis got. My solution was to shorten the funnel so that the distance from the edge to the pivot point was shortened. So far this has improved its movement and has also reduced the possibility of filament tangling. I was originally going to edit the original file but I instead ended up remaking my own version from the beginning. I posted both the stl for those who just want to print and an step file if anyone wants to edit. This post only contains the new funnel so you need to get the bracket and mounting block from the original post.</p> <p>Post printing: use a 5/32 in. drill bit to drill the center of the funnel out so that it'll perfectly friction fit the ptfe tubing.</p> Category: 3D Printer Accessories
