Improved standoffs for Raspberry Pi rack

Improved standoffs for Raspberry Pi rack

thingiverse

I loved the idea behind Sarge3550's Raspberry Pi rack design on Thingiverse. I wanted to incorporate their clever feet and standoff accessories into my own project. However, after printing the standoffs, I realized that they had a sloped surface that made it difficult for M3 nuts to get a secure grip. To fix this issue, I quickly modified the design in Blender so that an M3 x 20mm bolt fit perfectly into place. If you're planning to use my remix of the standoff, don't forget to download Sarge3550's original design from Thingiverse to print the legs. This is a companion piece designed to work seamlessly with their existing design.
