An improved version of this MDR1000X hinge design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3039516 -Added holes to use the original screws to hold the hinge in place -Reduced tolerances of the slot where the metal hinge slides in; snug fit even without screws -Added a "backstop" for the hinge (original would not stay clamped to my head otherwise) I hope this can extend the life of some otherwise good headphones! Shame on Sony for this design flaw.
